RETURNS (EXCLUDING BED RACKS AND MOLLE PANELS)

If you are not 100% satisfied for any reason within 30 days of purchase, please read the following restrictions and instructions.

  • Returns are allowed within 30 days of purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. All returns require a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, in the original packaging, and with all included original hardware.
  • Damaged, broken, altered, used, or installed products will not be accepted.
  • If an item has been installed or shows any signs of use, we will not accept a return.
  • All returns must be authorized prior to shipping back to Tomahawk Offroad Industries.
  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, shipping insurance, and tracking back to us. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method in case the package is lost by the carrier during transit.
  • Return packages must be clearly marked with a note on the exterior stating "Return" and your order number (ex. RETURN - Order Number:123456789). A copy of the return receipt must also be inside the package.
  • Unmarked packages and/or packages that do not include all required information will not receive credit.
  • All other applicable conditions and terms of our Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges policy apply.

Once we have approved your return, you will be emailed a notice of return approval. If you do not receive an email notifying you of your processed return within 10 business days, please email us at sales@tomahawkoffroadindustries.com.

RETURNS FOR BED RACKS AND LARGER MOLLE PANELS
Because of their size and difficulty to package and ship, we are not able to accept returns for bed racks and large MOLLE Panels. When shopping, please ensure that the item is right for you before placing your order. If you have any questions feel free to contact us by phone or email.

Refunds (if applicable):

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and it is being inspected. Refund requests will be processed within 5-7 business days AFTER we receive and inspect your item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method used less the original shipping cost.
